I wrote such a long product description about this piece where I sidetracked deep into the 1988 film The Bear and then sidetracked further into the television (streaming?) series The Bear and I re-read it and stepped back for a moment and realised I came across so distracted and confused with the basic exercise of just explaining the item in front of me so here we go.

This is a cute, photograph-sized decoupage print of a teddy bear reading a story to a smaller, most likely child, teddy bear. It's possible it's just a very very tall bear being used for seating and forced to read aloud by a very stunted, but also fully grown asshole teddy bear but this sounds like a leap!

BUT

look further.

The smaller of the two teddy bears, HAS AN EVEN SMALLER teddy bear on it's lap. It's like teddy bearception. The book on the table, B.B Bear. The candle holder, an image of a teddy bear. That blue thing (?) on the side table, well it's a blue bear shaped thing.

Do you have a teddy bear? According to everything learned above, it's probably really interested in this piece.
